Malted Finger Millet Porridge

Malted Finger Millet Flour – 2 tbsp
Water – 1 cup
Milk – ½ cup
Jaggery syrup

Mix Finger Millet malt and cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring continuously. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Mix in milk and jaggery syrup or a teaspoon of honey.

Microwave: Mix finger millet malt and water and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes stirring once in between.

Additions: A pinch of cardamom powder or a teaspoon of raisins during cooking.

Excellent nutrition for infants and old people.
